- Check thermostat operation

- Check flame sensor and clean
- Check drain and pressure tubes for leaks, clogs, or build up
- Check condensate trap for build up
- Replace the air filter or clean if reusable
- Inspect blower motor bearings
- Check blower belt wear and tension
- Inspect flue for rust or corrosion
- Check flue has proper orientation and clearances

- Inspect heat anticipator
